Dennison Butler is a seasoned legal professional who has been practicing law in the state of Montana since 2013. His journey in the legal field began at Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA, where he not only earned his law degree but also distinguished himself as the valedictorian of his graduating class. Initially working in private practice, his early focus was on Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, Estates, Probates, and Adoptions.
Dennison later relocated to Helena, Montana, where he joined the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. There he specialized in real estate law, including in the legal issues surrounding State Land and navigable waterways. He also gained experience in real estate law, including oil and gas matters, title complications, commercial leasing, agriculture and grazing rights, and property transfers.
In 2017, Dennison transitioned into criminal law, including time as a prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. Dennison approaches each case passionately, ensuring that his clients receive the best representation. His compassionate nature, coupled with a readiness to address and resolve a diverse array of legal issues, underscores his dedication to serving those in need.
